I want to help you discover what it is that brings you joy and laughter while also giving special attention to your healing and alleviation of pain. As stated in Proverbs 17:22, "A cheerful heart is good medicine."
Martin Luther King, Jr. once said, “We must accept finite disappointment, but we must never lose infinite hope.” My approach to counseling is to instill hope as a part of the healing process. I believe that counseling is about the person, not the problem, and that together we will seek a solution based upon individual strengths.
